733Park
Our team

You hire the firm. You get the people who actually do the work.

Most M&A firms put senior bankers in the pitch and associates in the engagement. We do not. Every 733Park client works directly with the senior advisor.

Why choose 733Park?

Exceptional results through personal connection.

733Park was founded and is led by Lane Gordon, an M&A veteran with 20+ years of specialized expertise in fintech, payments, vertical SaaS, and AI transactions. Recognizing that digital transformation too often led to impersonal advisory, Lane built 733Park to give clients the premium, hands-on boutique experience that exceptional outcomes require.

Personal connection isn't just valued here, it's the foundation of our approach. By deeply understanding your vision, goals, and challenges, we tailor precise strategies to maximize your enterprise's value. Sector knowledge built over decades, paired with an extensive network, opens doors others can't.

Our clients include both public and private vertical SaaS, fintech, payments, and AI companies seeking expert guidance on monetization, revenue optimization, transaction structuring, and deal negotiation. When your goal is maximum enterprise value, our experience, dedication, and personal attention make the difference.

Managing Director & Founder

Lane Gordon

Lane Gordon is the Managing Director and founder of 733Park, the Boston-based boutique M&A advisory firm that built its reputation on a simple promise: when a founder hires 733Park, they get Lane personally. Not a junior associate. Not a rotating team. The same senior banker who runs the pitch is the one running the process, negotiating the LOI, and staying in the room until close.

Lane's M&A career traces back through two predecessor firms. He spent more than a decade as a senior advisor at Preston Todd Advisors and at PT Consulting Services, focused on payments industry transactions. He founded 733Park in 2006 to carry that practice forward with a sharper focus on boutique service quality and deeper vertical specialization. The continuity of relationships from those years remains 733Park's most valuable operating asset.

Lane's transactional experience spans the breadth of payments and adjacent verticals: ISO and merchant portfolio sales, processor and gateway acquisitions, payfac transactions, payment-enabled vertical SaaS, embedded finance platforms, cross-border payments infrastructure, AI-native fintech, and consumer-facing payments products. He has personally represented founders and acquirers in transactions ranging from single-portfolio dispositions under $5 million to strategic transactions over $200 million.

Across 200+ closed deals and $10 billion in transaction volume, Lane has built one of the deepest active buyer rolodexes in payments M&A. That rolodex spans Tier 1 strategic acquirers, mid-market PE platforms, family offices, ISO consolidators, and global banks active in cross-border. The relationships are first-name, mobile-number relationships, not generic banker outreach lists.

Lane lives in the Boston area and serves clients nationally, with selective work in Canada and Europe. He is a frequent industry speaker on payments M&A and is regularly cited by media and analysts on transaction trends in payments, fintech, AI, and vertical SaaS.

Operating philosophy

Most M&A advisors get paid the same whether you get a great outcome or a mediocre one. Our model is structured so that we don't get paid well unless you do. That alignment is the difference between an advisor who pushes for the last 15 percent of value at LOI and one who clips a fee and moves on. The first conversation is always free, always confidential, and always with me directly.

Chief Operating Officer

Tom Yacavone

Thomas Yacavone is the Chief Operating Officer of 733Park. A mathematician by training, Tom built his career at the intersection of quantitative finance and large-scale technology, designing the trading models, pricing engines, and risk platforms that major global banks depend on. He pairs deep quantitative rigor with hands-on operational leadership, having directed organizations of up to 800 people through complex, high-stakes builds and integrations.

Over two decades in capital markets, Tom led trading-platform, risk-system, and regulatory-technology initiatives at leading institutions including Credit Suisse, Lehman Brothers, Royal Bank of Canada, Westpac, and the World Bank. He consolidated trading systems under intense deadlines during the financial crisis while keeping operations running, and directed enterprise-wide deployments that unified risk and pricing infrastructure across asset classes.

His derivatives expertise spans rates, foreign exchange, equities, commodities, municipal bonds, and complex valuation adjustments (xVA), and he has designed volatility products, hedging strategies, and structured solutions for institutional clients. Certified as a Scrum Master and Product Owner, Tom brings that same disciplined, execution-focused approach to 733Park, where he drives deal execution and operations, coordinating diligence, process, and the many moving parts that carry a transaction to close.
