M&A Advisors for AI Companies
733Park represents founders of applied AI and AI-enabled software companies in sell-side and buy-side transactions. We work where AI meets money movement and vertical software, the segments where we already know every buyer.
For more than 25 years, 733Park has done one thing: put payments, fintech, and SaaS deals together. We have closed more than 200 transactions representing over $10 billion in deal volume. Our clients have enterprise values from $5 million to $350 million, and every engagement is led personally by our founder. AI is not a new category for us; it is the newest layer of the categories we have always worked.
Wondering what your AI company is actually worth to an acquirer? Start with our guide, How AI Companies Are Valued for Acquisition.
AI companies we represent
- Applied AI companies solving a specific business problem with real recurring revenue
- Vertical AI platforms built for one industry's workflow, data, and compliance reality
- AI in payments and fintech: fraud, risk, underwriting, compliance, and money-movement intelligence
- SaaS companies with AI-driven products where the AI layer changes the multiple conversation
- Buy-side mandates for acquirers adding AI capability to a platform
What buyers underwrite in an AI deal
Durability over demos. Buyers have learned to separate proprietary data, workflow position, and switching costs from capabilities anyone can rent from a model provider. We position your company around what compounds, because that is what gets paid for.
Unit economics after inference. Gross margin net of compute is now a standard diligence item. Clean cost accounting before going to market prevents a price renegotiation after LOI.
Revenue quality. Recurring contracts with expanding usage trade like software. Pilots, proofs of concept, and services trade like services. Getting the mix and the story right before buyers see the numbers is a large part of the outcome.
The team question. In some AI deals the team is a real part of the price. We structure processes so talent value is captured in the headline number, not conceded in retention packages.
