For over 17 years, he has been advising clients in Fintech, SaaS, payments, and e-commerce. 733Park specializes in transactions, mergers & acquisitions, and consulting services. We have executed hundreds of M&A transactions representing billions of dollars’ worth of enterprise value as well as advised clients on a variety of strategies designed to increase long term enterprise value.

733Park was founded and is led by payments and fintech M&A veteran Lane Gordon, who previously founded and developed Preston Todd Advisors. After a 15-year career executing on transactions, Lane noticed that in an increasingly digitized world, personal attention to clients began to be overlooked by many other firms. He founded 733Park for this reason: to bring back the essential personal connection necessary for successful collaborations. Over the past 20 years, Lane has facilitated many public and private equity roll-up strategies in various SaaS, payments, and FinTech verticals. Having built many long-term relationships with executives in the FinTech industry, Lane finds success utilizing those connections in deal sourcing and sell-side transactions, both public and private. Lane has built and grown four firms of his own over the years, allowing him to represent his clients at a level that’s unparalleled in the FinTech industry. Lane founded 733Park to give clients more professional and personal insights than ever before.
