BluePay Acquires Funds Transfer Alliance

CHICAGO – BluePay, a Chicago-based provider of credit card processing services, has announced its portfolio acquisition of Funds Transfer Alliance. FTA has a large portfolio of approximately 3,000 low risk merchants, primarily in the retail industry. The acquisition took place with the help of Preston Todd Advisors, leaders in M & A advisory services.
